The South Central Planning and Development Commission (SCPDC) is applying for the FY24 PRO Housing Grant to support Neighborhood Revitalization efforts across all seven parishes of Region 3. As part of the application process, public comment is required to ensure that feedback is considered and incorporated before the final proposal is submitted.
