The 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan was adopted by the Policy Committee for the Houma-Thibodaux Metropolitan Planning Organization in May 2015. The plan has since been replaced by the 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan and is included here for informational purposes only.
