South Central Planning & Development Commission (“SCPDC”) in Cooperation with the South Central Regional Affordable Community Housing Authority is seeking proposals for Grass Cutting, Trimming, and Miscellaneous Landscaping Services to include locations in the New Isle Community Properties. This is a competitive solicitation for services only and is limited to qualified service providers.
Detailed specifications of the Request for Proposals are available below. Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 pm, Thursday, August 7, 2025, and should be hand delivered or mailed to Jeremy Breaux at South Central Planning & Development Commission, 5058 West Main St., Houma, LA 70360. Late submissions will not be accepted.
