SCPDC has developed its Neighborhood Revitalization Solutions Program within the Legal/Special projects Department to help jurisdictions with their Blight and Condemnation needs. Due to the nature of the commission, we can customize our offers to fit the jurisdictions needs and budget restrictions.
Each part of the Neighborhood Revitalization Program can be supported by or handled by SCPDC.

- This module is specifically designed with SCPDC management in mind.

- Options to handle, or train, the process of eliminating blight in the jurisdiction

- Review Abstracts, Hearing Preparation, Overview and Management of Process
- 311 Management software
- Assistance with planning MGO 311 solutions.
- Focused on 311 integrating with the Nuisance abatement process of SCPDC.
