MBECA is currently accepting applicants for its 2020 entrepreneurship training course. The course is 6 weeks (one night per week) and times are generally set in the evening to accommodate working entrepreneurs. Applicants must be certified in the Louisiana Economic Development’s Small & Emerging Business Development Program to qualify.
